ED - Michel, Peter ED - Arnold, André ED - Schaa, Volker RW TI - Successful Beam Commissioning in STF-2 Cryomodules for ILC J2 - Proc. of SRF2019, Dresden, Germany, 30 June-05 July 2019 CY - Dresden, Germany T2 - International Conference on RF Superconductivity T3 - 19 LA - english AB - Beam commissioning of the STF-2 accelerator was successfully done at the Superconducting RF Test Facility (STF) in KEK from February to March 2019. As a result of various cavity tuning, LLRF control tuning, and beam tuning, the beam energy finally reached 271 MeV, and the accelerating gradient of each cavity estimated from beam energy was 32.0 MV/m. This result satisfies 31.5 MV/m, which is the operating specification of the International Linear Collider (ILC) project, and is an important milestone in the ILC technology demonstration. In this talk, we will report on the detailed results of beam commissioning. PB - JACoW Publishing CP - Geneva, Switzerland ER -
