AB - The superconducting radiofrequency photocathode injector operates in continuous wave mode and is capable of generating high brightness and high current beams, meeting the requirements of XFELs and ERL facilities. Currently, RF superconducting electron guns worldwide usually operate at 1300 MHz. Considering the synchronization precision requirements, most deflecting cavities used for longitudinal bunch diagnostics operate at 1300 MHz, sharing the same power source with the electron gun, which limits the precision of longitudinal beam diagnostics. This article demonstrates the successful operation of a 2856 MHz deflecting cavity on a 1300 MHz injector test beamline. The Synchronization between the two signals is implemented by a PLL, and then specific laser pulses are picked up to ensure their synchronization with the deflecting cavity. We successfully conducted beam bunch length measurement experiments using the deflecting cavity on the DC-SRF-¿ beamline, and through beam diagnostics, we measured the synchronization accuracy between the deflecting cavity and the electron beam to be within 500fs.
