Systematic research was conducted during beam commissioning and machine studies, identifying it as head-tail instability, and multiple mitigations were successfully implemented. The RCS impedance was thoroughly evaluated through simulations and impedance measurements, identifying the source of the instability. This report also discusses the challenges of beam instability as the power of the RCS will significantly increase in the CSNS-II.}}, }
