To perform a collision with small CM energy, a new merging scheme is proposed in this poster. The main idea is a coasting beam stored in a figure 8 synchrotron collides with itself at a small angle. The advantage is simplifications of beam injection, cooling system and beam stacking. A luminosity of 7·10²³ cm⁻²s^{−1} is achieved. PB - JACoW CP - Geneva, Switzerland ER -
