Elimination of Dynamic Distortions in Measurement Data by Numerical Methods Using Dynamic Calibration of Diagnostic Equipment
|
||
There are investigated the possibilities of eliminating the dynamic distortions in measurement data by numerical methods on the example of diagnostics of the parameters of beam current pulses in charged particle accelerators. A procedure for dynamic calibration of measuring systems is proposed to determine their transient response. Data preprocessing procedures for carrying out numerical calculations by regularization methods based on direct data reconstruction and fast Fourier transforms are described. Formulas are obtained and algorithms for numerical calculations are described. The analysis of the dependence of the reconstruction accuracy on the parameters of the reconstructed signals and the characteristics of the measuring systems, on the parameters of numerical data processing, on the levels of noise and uncertainties in them is carried out. Examples of reconstruction of the shape of the beam current pulses with different durations and with different edges are considered.
