KSRS Pulse Synchronization System

The Kurchatov synchrotron radiation source contains one of the most important systems inside - a pulse synchronization system. Currently, it is outdated and requires updating to the modern equipment. Within the framework of the Federal Target Program "Research and Development in Priority Areas of Development of the Scientific and Technological Complex of Russia for 2014-2020", work was carried out on various UNK systems. In particular, a new system for pulse synchronization of the synchrotron equipment was designed. The choice of the main controller, timing modules, communication devices and signal converters are described in this work.
