abstract = {{The 13 MeV 162.5 MHz 100 mA pulse proton linac is under development at ITEP. The linac with beryllium target will be used as the compact neutron generator in framework of DARIA project. The linac includes RFQ and DTL sections with 6D-beam matching between them. The DTL section has modular structure and consists of separated individually phased cavities with beam focusing by magnet quadrupoles located between the cavities. Results of beam dynamics simulation and RF parameters of linac cavities are presented.}},
