In such a field, charged particles are accelerated. When they interact with target atoms, it becomes possible to generate X-ray radiation with a boundary energy of up to 60 keV. This work demonstrates the possibility of generating X-rays up to energy 14 keV at operating a piezoelectric lighter in a vacuum. This design uses two piezoelectric samples. A high potential of the order of 14 kV is generated at operation of piezoelectric lighter in a vacuum. An additional electron emitter was used for the first time to provide a generation of intense X-ray flux. The prospects for making a miniature controlled piezoelectric generator are discussed.}}, }
