An approach that allows to construct beam phase trajectories after injection in the Booster ring using data from two neighboring pickups was applied to adjust beam injection and circulation. This algorithm makes it possible to measure both closed orbits and lattice functions values with betatron oscillations tunes. The technique is applicable for fast beam extraction tuning from the Booster. In particular, it can apply to adjust the closed orbit bump at the extraction section. Software for the technique was developed and tested during Booster runs. Injection tuning and beam circulation data as well as ring lattice functions at several points of the ring were obtained. The measuring results were compared with calculated data on the virtual model.}}, }
