abstract = {{The report is devoted to the status of the timing and synchronization system of the NICA complex. The Synchronization System of the NICA based on three sub-systems: 1. Timing system; 2. RF Synchronization; 3. Synchronization of Experiment. The presentation will reveal the special aspects of design of these sub-systems.
