The family of deflecting structures with the improved RF efficiency and minimized level of aberrations in the field distribution was presented at RUPAC 2016*. The first, inside proposed, cavity is applied for diagnostic of longitudinal distribution of electrons in unique bunches of REGAE facility. The short deflecting cavity was constructed, tuned and installed now in REGAE beam line. The cavity is tested at operational level of RF power. The main distinctive features of the cavity are described and obtained results are reported.
