The research on the effectiveness of inhibition of the initial degree of inoculation of the microorganisms E. coli and Salmonella were carried out. Irradiation doses up to 10 kGy performed at radiation-technological installations the A.N. Frumkin Institute of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry RAS and State Research Center Burnasyan Federal Medical Biophysical Center. The results of the effective inhibition of initial contamination degree for the two samples, which model liquid and solid nutrient media, were obtained. It is shown that it is necessary to take into account not only the effectiveness of microorganism inhibition on specific products, but also the installation efficiency for a particular sample.
