Current measurement techniques of the charged particles flux density distribution in the beam cross-section have a number of disadvantages, such as radiation dose limitation on detection equipment units and consumable products usage, for example film dosimeters. In this paper we propose a method that allows carrying out express analysis of the charged particles flux density distribution based on mathematical reconstruction technology using the inverse Radon transformation. The research shows the theoretical justification of this method and determination of the necessary projection number. The experimental set up for the cross-section flux density distribution of the charged particles based on mathematical reconstruction technology is presented. The approbation results of this set up on the microtron TPU extracted electron beam are shown. The proposed method allows carrying out express analysis without consumable products, ensuring high spatial resolution, if necessary, less than 1 mm, and working with any charged particle beams in a wide energy range.
