AB - Electronic injectors (or electron accelerators with the output of the electron beam into the atmosphere or other media) have been known, since the 20-ies of XX century. However, only the recent achievements of electronic and vacuum technology have allowed progress in the creation of industrial designs of injectors. To date, this large stationary devices that use is usually powerful thermionic cathodes. Currently, such injectors are used in many industries and medicine. Such as: 1) processing and curing of polymer materials and coatings; 2) disinfection and sterilization of medical devices; 3) neutralization of waste, both industrial and human activity; 4) Processing of food products from cereal to meat, increases the shelf life of their times; 5) many other applications. Electron beams are especially needed for applications such as they maximally and optimally structure without changing the material and affect the crystalline structure of the gene processed materials. There is growing demand for mobile and relatively low-voltage injector (U = 200-1000kV) and power up to 1kW. In our department we created a prototype of such a device with a very worthy performance*, which will be the prototype for the development of a new class of relatively small-sized electron injectors.
