BBA will be applied to beam orbit analysis and correction of the FRIB linac arcs where a beam orbit offset within 0.1 mm is required to the second order achromatic beam tuning. In this paper, we first introduce the study of model based beam orbit correction of the arc, and then a more precise orbit correction with BBA. Realistic misalignment of beam elements and beam position monitors (BPMs) are included in the simulation studies.
