The magnetic field of this post pulse became to an increase of the stack ion angle spread during each injection cycle. When the stack ion angles reaches the acceptance angle the ions are lost in the collider. Influence of the injection kicker post pulse on the storage of the ion stack is considered in this paper in presence of the electron cooling and ion electron recombination losses.
