AB - We discuss measurements, performed in the NSLS-II storage ring, of the synchronous phase shift as a function of single bunch current from beam loading parameters. The synchronous phase is calculated from the forward and reflected power measured in the RF cavities. The comparison with direct synchronous phase measurements shows good agreement.
