The functions used allow to consider both the emittance-dominated and charge-dominated bunches in 2D and 3D approximations. Peculiarities of the bunch phase portrait transformation in magnetic fields of achromatic structures are discussed. Particular case is proved to exist characterized by the absence of the emittance transfer.
