The main goal of the upgrade program is to bring the beam emittances down to sub-nm level, having the condition of cost and performance efficiency. This paper summarizes the results obtained in the above-mentioned direction. The main design characteristics and linear/nonlinear beam dynamics aspects of the obtained new lattices are presented.
