LAL laboratory has in charge the industrial monitoring, the quality control and the RF conditioning of the couplers fabricated by two different suppliers. It was the first experience of coupler production at such scale. The faced challenges, the different issues, and the lessons learned during the mass production will be reported. And finally the huge amount of RF conditioning data will be shown as one of key point on the conditioning process.
