We will discuss the observations in the context of the residual gas pressure, beam halo, and cross-talk between experiments. We have developed a modular fill analysis tool which automatically extracts data and analyses each fill in the LHC. All generated and extracted information is stored for outside use. The tool is applied to aid us in the work presented here.
