Based on the latest development of FOFB systems, this paper addresses the design and implementation of the hardware and software, including the design of the dual-loop link, the architecture of sub-station hardware, the data transmission and feedback logic, and so on. The total latency is minimized to achieve an overall closed-loop bandwidth of 500Hz.
