When a rectangular Micro Channel Plate with multi-anodes or lined-up electron multipliers is used as the sensor, the profiles can be measured within one acceleration period, even if the beam intensity is very low and the ring is kept in a high vacuum. We describe this non-destructive profile monitor (NDPM) as well as the momentum spread measurement system by a combination of two sets of NDPM.}}, }
