A detailed error analysis was performed after the optimization process. Field flatness error is analysed for determining a RF optimization target. The RF structure is designed based on a new type dynamics design. Electric field of the RF structure is optimized in order to supporting the dynam-ics design. The error analysis and detailed field flatness optimization of this compact RFQ have been presented and discussed in this paper.
