It consists of two kinds of magnets: eight kickers and one lambertson. During the beam commissioning, the timing adjustment of eight kickers is a very important problem. In the paper, the methods to adjust the timing of eight kickers will be studied and applied to the beam commissioning. Then, the best method to adjust the timing of eight kickers will be given and used for a long time in the future.
