In this project, most important beams are the highly charged U ion beam for production of RI beam using projectile like fragmentation and medium mass metal ion beam for super-heavy elements search experiments. The intensity of these beams has been dramatically increased by construction of new SC-ECRIS with 28 GHz microwaves and improving its performances. For example, at present stage, we successfully produced 350euA of U³³⁺, 10euA of U⁵⁵⁺ and so on at the RF power of ~3 kW. To obtain these results, we studied the effect of the consumption rate of the materials systematically.
