At such unprecedented low energy, it is important to evaluate the long term beam stability. To provide a consistent explanation of the different physical effects acting on the beam, multi-particle and multi-turn tracking simulations have been performed in the ELENA ring, including electron cooling and different scattering effects under realistic assumptions. The effect of several imperfections in the electron cooling process is also analysed. The aim is to make a comparison with measurements, thus obtaining a full characterisation of the beam evolution in ELENA. PB - JACoW CP - Geneva, Switzerland ER -
