Good control over the beam optics is a key aspect of the operation of a SASE FEL. In 2013 a second beam line, FLASH2, was assembled and the modifications necessary to feed the two beam lines were installed downstream of the FLASH linac. As reported before * we started a campaign of optics consolidation. We give an update on the progress of this effort and on results.
