The evolution of the phase space density is calculated with the Synergia accelerator modeling package and analyzed with Dynamic Mode Decomposition (DMD) method. DMD is a relatively new technique used to calculate mode dynamics in both linear and nonlinear systems. The properties of the first three space charge modes, including their shape, damping rates and tune shifts are calculated over the entire range of the space charge interaction.
