This research is aimmed at developing an compact accelerator used as X ray source for industrial useage. At present, the C-band accelerator has been developed successfully. we have carried out a lot of research work based on the accelerator, including test of X ray energy, focus and dose rate etc. This paper shows the latest experimental results and application research status on the C-band accelerator.
