In this paper after study of priority of geometrical parameters in optimization of accelerating cells of Side Coupled Linac, according to obtained results, new design of s-band accelerating cavity is suggested. By frequency sensitivity study of new dimensions, we can choose best technique to tune the accelerating cavity during magnetic coupling-hole adjustment.
