The RF BPMs will provide the primary measurement of the electron beam. Design goals for the BPM assembly include high sensitivity, low wakefield impedance, and ultra-mechanically stability. The design, electromagnetic simulation, manufacturing tolerance and prototype testing will be presented in this paper.}, }
