The injector consists of a 500 kV DC photocathode gun, solenoid magnets, a normal conducting buncher and three 2-cell superconducting cavities. In beam operation, the DC gun with GaAS photocathode is very stable with DC 500 kV, and can generate stable CW 1 mA electron beam. For low bunch charge operation, we achieved designed beam performance with low emittance and short bunch length in the injector. From 2017, we started high bunch charge operation with 60 pC bunch charge toward an infrared free electron laser (IR FEL) test. In June 2019, we achieved the requirements of injector beam performance for the IR FEL test, which were < 3 mm mrad normalized emittance and 4 ps RMS bunch length.
